I found what I want, but you don't have my size! What do I do?

This one is tough. Start by signing up for our newsletter at the bottom of our home page to be the first one to find out about re-stocks, sales, new products, and more! Secondly, we do our best to keep our stock as updated and size inclusive as possible, however, due to the nature of how we source, print, and sell our products, our turnaround for re-stocks can be slow sometimes. We use Canadian suppliers and artists that hand-print our products, and then we do the rest ourselves (there's only 2 of us on the BPAC team!). This means that sometimes our re-stocks move a bit slower. BUT we promise we will re-stock what you are looking for ASAP.

How can I process a return?

If you get your product and it just turns out to not be what you wanted - let us know! We are happy to process a return for any reason at any time. Contact us at brucepeninsulaapparelco@gmail.com with your order number & reason for return, and we will get you your money back!

My item is the wrong size or damaged, how can I exchange it?

Firstly, if your product is damaged or not up-to-standard in any way - we sincerely apologize! Whether it's that or just the wrong size or colour for you, we can always process an exchange for items that have not been washed or worn. Please email us at brucepeninsulaapparelco@gmail.com with your order number and information, and we will make sure that you get the perfect product for you!
